How It Works

Daily Practice


15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Measurable Progress

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the three core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within eight weeks.

Weekly Focus


Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Community Support

We help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

The Positive Intelligence® (PQ) operating system provides the framework to identify and decrease negative thought patterns that sabotage us (and we ALL have them!) -- that keep us stuck, spinning, burning out and unable to achieve our goals.

This operating system then helps us shift our mindset and consciously build positive thought patterns, allowing us to move smoothly and easily through life and achieve our goals with ease.

The seven-week program enables sustained change toward a more positive mind by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice--

making measurable change in only weeks!

In the program you experience daily practice, a weekly focus, the mental fitness gym, and community. Content and progress are viewed via the app. A small pod of up to 5 people provides critical weekly discussion opportunities & accountability with me as your guide.

All told, your time commitment is less than 15 minutes most days!

Establish a PQ Rep routine that energizes your Sage brain and shifts you from the autopilot mind to

Self-Command.

Experience the negative impact of the Judge through visualization or contemplation and develop a practice of catching your Judge and celebrating.

Explore your top two Saboteurs and develop a practice of catching your Saboteurs, celebrating, and taking a Saboteur-specific counterstep.

Experience the Empathize Power through a visualization or contemplation using your unique access point to the power.

Learn how to accept and convert any situation into a gift and opportunity using the Sage Perspective, Explore, and Innovate.
